Comments about Susan from clients . . .
Leslie Williams, President, Leadershift Consulting “she took a great deal of time to understand not only my client, but also why I was having trouble working with him. She helped clarify our objectives for the MSCEIT process and customized a test administration strategy that would both educate me about the instrument and deliver my client sound data about his EI abilities. Susan also put a great deal of time and thought into tailoring a feedback approach that would really work with my client. From start to finish, she brought great care and competence to the administration process. However, Susan went far beyond her role as a competent administrator; she became a true collaborator in the success of my coaching engagement. She invested a level of interest, effort and counsel that showed that she had a stake in my client’s growth and in my growth as a coach. Susan’s whole-hearted commitment - to my client, to me, and to the coaching partnership - was utterly unnecessary and such a gift. I wanted you both to know how grateful I am for her extraordinary contribution."
Autumn Harbick, consultant, SVI Worldwide “I wanted to let you know that your coaching has really helped me to bring more “application” to the clients. I feel much more secure when I am going through these feedback sessions, so thank you very much.”
New Haven Consulting Group “Susan was very skilled in helping the class learn the concepts of EI, apply it to real work situations and allow us time to work through those situations in a very systematic manner. She was also very good in keeping control of the conversation but allowing freedom to express thoughts and ideas. I really enjoyed her leadership.”
"Our trainer did a great job. This is a very interesting and relevant subject and should be required to be taken by every employee."
"Susan was an excellent facilitator. She made extra efforts to make sure we got the most out of the class."
