WHAT PEOPLE SAY

We have recently begun to ask clients for comments that we can post.

To an audience of 500 aspiring entrepreneurs, professors and leaders in our regional business community, Susan Kornacki delivered an outstanding message about her own entrepreneurial endeavors and success.  Passionate, articulate, convincing and even humorous, Susan captivated an eclectic audience with her message.  Conference attendees raved about Susan’s keynote address.  The Harold Grinspoon Charitable Foundation’s Entrepreneurship Initiative is fortunate to have had Susan as part of our program.

EI Skills Group was instrumental in helping me understand and successfully apply the MSCEIT during my graduate research activities.  Susan Kornacki provided keen insight and real-time coaching as I began consulting with internal clients and my confidence has increased steadily with each interaction.

“Susan Kornacki and EI Skills Group demonstrate the value of partnering with clients…their approach is well-grounded in research, customized to meet clients and organizations where they are at, and reflective of a deep sense of respect for those they are partnering with. Incorporating what I have learned about the ability model of EI and its application into my coaching work has been invaluable to clients- and has added a pragmatic and actionable dimension to my service to them that was not present before.”

I can’t think of any test that allows you to look at yourself in the way this one does. What I found out about myself changed the way I interact with people daily. It’s that powerful.

For me personally and the clients I work with, the MSCEIT is a window into a place few, if any, other tools look into – how you perceive, use, understand and manage emotions. It makes it easy for people to begin to understand their emotional strengths and pitfalls.

How do you categorize a test that answers questions I’ve been asking myself for most of my adult life? The MSCEIT is amazing. Everyone should have this opportunity to view their EI abilities in this way.

If you want to be a leader in the field of Emotional Intelligence, the best way to reach that goal is to attend the MSCEIT Certification and EI Skills Workshop by EI Skills Group.  Your problem solving skills will improve exponentially as you learn to effectively meld the use of your emotions with the use of your intellect.  You walk away from the training with an EI blueprint to enhance your interpersonal interactions and decision-making skills. The workshop is conducted by the people who wrote the book on EI, and David Caruso and Susan Kornacki are dynamic, inspiring educators who weave the tapestry of intellect and emotions masterfully.

The 3 day MSCEIT training workshop was an all-around terrific experience.  To me, it was what an ideal class should be like: very informative but also a great deal of fun!  I came away with a very good understanding of the EI model, as well as practical knowledge about how to interpret the test.

David Caruso presented the material with intelligence, wit and humor. In addition, he gave us lots of practical, hands-on exercises to help us apply what we were learning.

David is genuinely concerned with the development of workshop participants and I found him to be extremely open to questions and comments from students in my workshop.

This was not the kind of workshop where the facilitator just rushes through an agenda – it was a real give and take with lots of interesting and fun discussion.

Susan Kornacki is an accomplished presenter who not only “knows her stuff” but is also a very caring workshop leader.  She really got me excited about applying some of the EI skills in my own life.  Her “EI Skills” workshop was very inspiring.  I could tell that she not only teaches emotional intelligence, she also “lives it” in her own life.   She’s an inspiring person to learn from.

David and Susan not only “know their stuff,” but are also down-to-earth, approachable people who are easy to be around and fun to learn from.

One thing I found extremely helpful is that workshop participants actually take the MSCEIT themselves and receive personal feedback about their scores.  If you are going to be using the MSCEIT as an assessment instrument, there is no better way to “get a feel” for the test than to take it yourself!  I found the personal feedback to be tremendously useful not only in helping me make sense of the MSCEIT, but in my own self understanding and personal development.

The benefit of the MSCEIT not only lies in the different level’s of emotional intelligence that it measures, but also in its research, credibility, and the fact that it measures one’s true ability in several different areas of EI. Our company has been able to provide relevant feedback to executives pertaining to how they can better relate to others, manage key situations, and work through very tough issues they face at work and in their lives. The additional support and understanding around EI that EI Skills Group offers makes it the most valuable tool to use for measuring and developing EI that I have seen.

Magnificent and Distinctive – that is the MSCEIT!

During the last 7 years of my studies in psychology, emotional intelligence has been the focal point of my expertise.  Through my research and experiences I have not only heightened my own EI awareness and skills which have positively impacted the quality of my life, I have assisted others to enhance their EI abilities and make positive changes in their lives as well.  Working with Susan Kornacki and David Caruso of EI Skills Group to become MSCEIT Certified has been a wonderful experience.  The knowledge that I have gained from them and their work will support me in assisting clients to develop their EI skills even further.  The MSCEIT is a powerful assessment tool that provides invaluable feedback results for the clinician and the respondent.  This is one test that truly stands above the others.  Thank you David and Susan for your expertise, insight, and professionalism.
