The EI Assessment program offers clients the unique experience of taking our ability test of emotional intelligence and receiving personalized feedback on their results. The feedback process provides test takers with results and actions they can use to enhance or leverage their EI skills.
Each participant takes the MSCEIT on-line. We give you a web site address to send to your participants to walk them though this process. The assessment begins with an introduction to the test-taking experience, and concludes with a post-MSCEIT assessment.
We are also able to modify our MSCEIT Report to better reflect the needs of the particular client group. EI Assessment can be conducted remotely, or in person.
Our EI Coaching program brings a highly individualized development process to your organization. It includes all the aspects of the EI Assessment program, and then adds follow-up coaching sessions, adaptive action planning and additional style testing customized to meet the needs of each individual. EI Coaching can be conducted remotely and/or in person.
We have developed and delivered dozens of EI-based training modules, including Keynotes, half-day, 1, 2 and 3 day sessions. These modules include some of the following:
Experiential Introduction: This exercise sets the tone for the in-depth course.
MSCEIT Overview: Describes the skills assessed by the MSCEIT, and what high or low scores might mean.
Emotional Blueprint: Presents a 4-step, structured approach to emotions and problem-solving through a case study. Participants build their own Emotional Blueprint action plan to help them immediately leverage the workshop experience in their own lives.
Emotionally-Intelligent Feedback: Participants use the Emotional Blueprint to get ready to receive and process feedback. They then receive their custom MSCEIT Report.
The Emotionally Intelligent Manager: We apply the four abilities of EI to the leadership role. Case studies, which can be customized to the needs of the participants, offer insight into how people can become effective leaders.
EI and Change: The process of change management is viewed through our Emotional Blueprint, giving participants a new way of viewing their role as change agents.
EI and Teams: Case studies and role plays demonstrate how emotions can guide and assist teams to be effective teams. We also touch upon the role of the team member in this section, outlining the EI steps by which a person can be an active and effective member of a team.
An EI initiative works best when integrated into your organization's vision, mission and on-going initiatives. We offer several options to assist organizations to acquire expertise in the ability model of emotional intelligence and to deliver our EI programs internally.
We offer the MSCEIT Certification Workshop on-site to train your in-house professionals in the use of this unique ability assessment.
