MSCEIT User's Manual, sample MSCEIT Resource Reports, Workbook, Client Guide, MSCEIT Feedback Script & Guide, EI Presentation, your own individual MSCEIT Feedback. Receive a copy of The Emotionally Intelligent Manager. 

$2295. Travel and lodging are not included. Day 1 begins at 9 AM and ends at 5 PM, day 2 is 9 AM till 4 PM. You'll have online pre-work before the course and also receive a one-hour phone feedback session on your MSCEIT results.

Cancellation Policy: If you sign up and later cancel 30 days or more before the session, we will remit your entire payment, less 8% (our processing costs).  If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, we will refund 75% of your registration fee.  However, the remaining 25% can be applied to a future training session. Or, you can transfer the registration to someone else at no additional charge. (But please note that we may not have time to give that person their individual MSCEIT feedback.)
