EI Skills Group was founded to bring the ability model of EI to you. We are focused on the original definition and model of EI first proposed by Peter Salovey and Jack Mayer in 1990. Susan Kornacki, M.S. Susan brings her experience as a senior HR manager and OD consultant to the EI Skills Group, providing EI assessment and development services to our clients. David Caruso, Ph.D. He is a management psychologist, co-author of the MSCEIT and The Emotionally Intelligent Manager, and a Research Affiliate, Department of Psychology, Yale University. David is based in Connecticut. david@eiskills.com
